Elizabeths probate expertise is what made us decide to choose her to help sell my late fathers home. She really knows the process and was able to guide us every step of the way. She has access to resources that would have helped us clean up the property/sell anything of value if we chose that option although we were able to sell as is. The property was unique but she was able to provide some good comparators to bring us to an evaluation we thought was more than fair. She is super responsive and she was honestly just so kind and thoughtful. It was such a tough situation but she was incredible. We ran into a couple hiccups with some citations on the property but again she was able to guide us through everything seamlessly. Cannot recommend highly enough!!

February 2, 2023 I cannot sing the praises of Mrs. Elizabeth Miffleton enough. From the beginning she was able to find houses with my specifications that I didn't find. Mrs. Miffleton was always professional, courteous, kind, knowledgeable and gracious. She always went out of her way to accomodate me and my needs in finding the house of my dreams. She was able to help me envision it and know what I needed as well as what I wanted and she was able to show me how to incorporate those two.
