My partner and I started talking about buying a house but knew we weren't going to get serious for at least another 6-12 months but wanted to start looking to understand what is out there. Being newer to the area we went to Zillow to look and requested to see a house. Elizabeth is who we met on our first day of looking at houses. We explained what our plans were and she was totally on board even knowing we were a ways out. We loved her so much the first day that we kept her name. After our first bout of looking at a few houses it was nearly six months before we contacted Elizabeth again as we started getting more serious. She remembered us and our story right away. Elizabeth has a strong knowledge of Grand Rapids and her background included some construction knowledge that was helpful when looking at fixer uppers. I really liked that she was fighting for us and not just her own paycheck; when we went to see the highest cost house we looked it, she advised us against it due to the amount of work it needed. I absolutely LOVED her honest feedback with every place we saw. We ended up buying a lower cost house through Elizabeth that we had renovated. She was so patient with us as we asked to see the house multiple times with contracts and others. I would absolutely use her again myself, but I would recommend her to anyone searching for their new home.
