Secretly or otherwise, at some point, many of you have watched one of those crazy L.A. real estate reality shows. You know, the shows that feature multi-million dollar celebrity listings, crazy stakes and complex negotiations, with everyone moving at the speed of light and most of the parties involved seem to be a little unhinged. Well, that's the world I grew up in. For me, real estate has always been the family business. I am the daughter of one of those fully invested, reputable, big-name, territory staked out, preeminent Los Angeles real estate moguls and seller of high-end, exclusive properties. As such, you can guess who became the right hand to this mini-empire. I learned by watching and doing and soon became the creative fixer of complications and dilemmas. I became the one who answers the obscure questions, is a compliance aficionado (document auditor and timeline manager), and remedies impediments and removes obstructions. My early experiences in high-pressure real estate precipitated my desire and ability to navigate every aspect of any transaction with ease and expertise. From high-end home sales to new construction to commercial leasing and sales, I've done it all and done it well. Having moved my business from California to New England may have seemed impulsive to some. However, having spent all of my childhood summers in New England coupled with my absolute love for this idyllic and historic part of the country, Newport, Rhode Island seemed like the perfect place to grow my business with my East coast family members. My experience and track record afforded me the opportunity to manage brokerages, offices, and teams in 5 states across the nation. I have held almost every back and front office position in the business. Having done so, I have acquired valuable skills and knowledge that benefit my family, friends, colleagues, and clients.
