Liz helped my family and I buy a fixer upper. The logistics of it were difficult because we had a long way to travel and we had a fixed budget but she was able to hunt down some prospects and we couldn't be happier. When we are done the property will be worth several times what we paid for it. Even though the value of the property was not anywhere near as high as some of the ones she deals with she treated us with the utmost respect and professionalism at every step of the way. I know that our needs were difficult but she took away some of those difficulties, got us to be patient when we needed to be, helped us cut through some of the red tape in the buying process and got us to settlement fully prepared.
