Elizabeth did an outstanding job as my real estate agent. She took the time to show me many properties at various locations around the lake so I could determine what I really wanted and where, and once I selected a home, she negotiated with the seller to get me the furniture in the house that I wanted at a great price. Elizabeth was simply amazing. From her professionalism, charisma, positive and neutral attitude, I can't express how comfortable she made the process for me. I met with Elizabeth on a property that I was just taking a look at for someone and myself as an investment but also was able to have her show me one that I saw an interest in for myself. Was not planning to buy at the exact time but working with her help to shift my perspective. She was involved throughout the entire process and kept me updated in communication at all times. She provided an open line if at ay time I had any questions. Most importantly, it was not about a sale for her. She genuinely cared about what I wanted whether I changed my mind or not. She always remained with a neutral state and support even when I was back and fourth on the fence and felt no pressure at all. She educated me on getting the best deal possible and also connected me with great lending services who provided a lot of support as well as connected me with trusted inspection personnel in the area being that I did not know much of the area. Her knowledge, advice, and most of all honesty and genuine care made the process comfortable. She also made sure that I was protected financially at all times and took the time to engage and answer anything I needed to know. She genially cares about what you want when you sign and that you are signing for what you want. I highly recommend her.
