We moved to a rental out of the area while looking for our dream home. We have been planning to move to the southern Coast after my retirement for several years. My partner and I have been looking for homes in many different areas and agreed to travel to that area to look at a home with the most important goal as determining whether the area was what we were looking for. Weve had our eye on the Lakeside area for a bit and this particular listing as one of our favorites. I have notifications set to on for Zillow so when a price reduction email came through and it was for a $25,000 reduction in price we made the decision to take a look right away. We opened the Zillow app and indicated wed like to tour the home. We received the bot texts straight away and arranged the best time to be reached by phone by the listing agent. We received a text about 10 mins prior to the arranged time we set with Alex the bot representative w/ Zillow. It was Beth who was on the other line...after a brief discussion about our interest and, due to the reduction in price, Beth suggested a tour as soon as possible and then asked for our soonest availability. We spoke on a Wednesday and set up a tour for the Sunday of that same week. We met Beth at a mutually agreed upon spot prior to driving out to the property itself. My partner and I were thoroughly pleased Beth with respect to her keen knowledge of the area, her professional yet endearing persona, her interest in making sure we were able to see additional properties should we have the time and also her diligence in making sure she was prompt in returning our texts and calls.
