Elisa was absolutely wonderful to work with while we purchased our first home! From the very start she made sure to arm us with the information and context that we needed to make informed decisions, including going over standard disclosures for California and reading through inspection reports in detail so we could get a better sense of what we were comfortable taking on. When it came time to put in an offer, she was great about building a relationship with the selling agent and understanding the full context of the sale so that we could put in the best offer possible. Throughout the whole process, we felt like Elisa was on the ball, professional, and never made us feel pressured about any decision. As first time homebuyers, there was a lot about the home buying process we didnt know and werent prepared for before diving into our search. We were so lucky to find Elisa! From our first conversation, we could tell she was very knowledgeable and was so great at explaining clearly some of the complicated steps and terms associated with home buying. She took the time to really get to know what our needs were and always had that in mind, while keeping us open minded about neighborhoods we were previously unfamiliar with. Elisa introduced us to our lender, who was great to work with as well. Our home search took longer than we initially expected, and Elisa was very helpful the whole time and very understanding with the emotional roller coaster of writing multiple offers. In such an unprecedented time, she was super responsive, organized, and strategic with scheduling showings. Her expertise also guided us in our decision making and we always felt like we were going in with our best and strongest offer in every scenario. She even took the time to go over any concerns and questions we had about specific items in disclosures, which really helped us figure out what mattered the most. In the end, we landed in our dream location (that we honestly had almost lost hope about because of the highly competitive market) and I'm certain we would not have found or considered this home without Elisa promptly scheduling a showing as soon as it was listed. Were sitting on our cute little porch writing this and could not be happier. Were so grateful to Elisa!
