Since this was my first home purchase, I wanted someone who had significant experience and had my best interest in mind. I was impressed by Elisa's knowledge of the market and her go-getter/no-nonsense attitude. Even in the market we are in, Elisa helped me buy a house in the price range I had originally set. Where Elisa particularly stood out to me was once we were under contract. For example, during the inspection process she was not only present, but explained the findings to me, and had contractors set up to give me quotes before we left that day.
