She was very knowledgeable of the city as she grew up there. She kept us up to date on homes for sale and asked pertinent questions as to exactly what we were looking for. Once we found a house we liked, Gabriela was helpful in getting us together with loan, insurance and 1031 exchange people. She worked very hard to help us get insurance doing most of the leg work for us. We don't live in the area so Gabriela's availability has been a huge help.
