Elicea is fantastic. I live in California, and she did a superior job of preparation and managing of both major and minor repairs prior to the sale. She received bids on all work and kept me informed through all the work, If materials or appliances were needed, she performed the research and made excellent choices for repair or replacement. I would not have been able to do this without her. She is a true real estate professional. Courteous, friendly, and responsive.
