There was never any doubt in our minds as soon as we came to Eli that we would have the house that we wanted. From start to finish of the process we felt like we were in such good hands with Eli. He made it easy. We followed Eli's advice to the T and we got exactly what we wanted in the house for what we wanted to pay, if not better, and we ended up getting the house because Eli was in our corner. Eli plays to win and that makes all the difference. We didn't end up having to pay as much as we thought we were going to have to pay, and yet the other side, even the Realtor, complimented how well Eli handled himself. She knew from the second she started interacting with him that it was going to be honest, it was going to be quick and clean, and everyone was going to get what they wanted, which is exactly what you want. It couldn't have made the process simpler. There would have been a bidding war on this house, there were three backup offers, but because Eli moved quickly and efficiently, and worked well with the people he was working with, we got the house!
