When I first started communicating with Eli, things were good. He knew the time frame that I was working with and that we were serious buyers. Things went downhill quickly though. At EVERY SINGLE showing he took us to, he was on the phone with another client. He didn't know the homes very well either. VERY disrespectful, especially to someone working with a timeframe thats extremely motivated, as well as a military veteran. It didn't stop there either. When we would contact him with a list of homes to see, he would take 10+ hours to respond at times, and even 11pm or later other times. We ended up dropping him due to his utter lack of communication and lack of professionalism. Do not reccomend.

At first it was a pleasant experience, he knew we were motivated buyers and that we had a time limit to work with. When we would reach out to him on scheduling a viewing for a house he would take hours (sometimes 10+ hrs) to answer. When he would actually answer it would be at an unreasonable time at night (sometimes 11 at night). On top of that when we were viewing houses sometimes he would be on the phone with another client, putting time and energy into larger sales. In the end he made us feel because our budget wasn't $700,000 that we weren't worth the energy or time. We actually ended up dropping him because of the lack of communication and how we didn't seem to be any sort of a priority.

Once I found the house I wanted, he made it happen very quickly for me! He took the time to find out what was important to me, and to make sure that I had access to the information I needed to make my decision -- even to getting the HOA by-laws and minutes and setting up the possibility of a meeting with its leadership so I could have my questions answered. I had to drop out of the process because of issues of my own, but he had me sold. Elias was very proactive in my home search and was very understanding despite me constantly changing my mind on the type and scope of property I was looking for. Eli has a great understanding of the negotiation process and what will or won't work which can save a lot of time and with how fast the market in Lansing moves, you can't afford to waste any time. Eli provided great guidance and referrals whenever any hiccups came up in the home buying process and trust me, life was throwing every curve ball possible. Despite the disadvantage of me using only FHA financing. Eli was able to help me find a good property in the scope I decided upon that I could qualify for and seal a deal on even in spite of FHA Financing.

Eli has been nothing but excellent for my boyfriend and I when we were getting our own house. His responses to everything were very quick and he always got us the answers and help we needed. He was happy to show us houses in different cities that we were interested in.I'm very busy and my current phone doesn't hold calls well, which I explained to him. So we had to communicate mostly via text. Even though it's easier for him to talk on the phone he was very patient and nice about texting me back and forth since it worked best for me.He's very friendly and genuine. Even after we bought the house he made sure we were happy. If we ever had concerns - before, during or after the process - he ALWAYS said "I'm on it," or "I'll look into it"... and he always did!Awesome agent and made everything comfortable and low pressure. I have had 4 different realtors in the past, and I must say that Eli is the best. He had a ton of knowledge about the market. He is one hell of a negotiator!! He was able to sell our house for more than what it appraised for!!! He is very responsive on questions that you might have even at 11pm.He did such a excellent job that I am using him to buy our next home. And he already found it!!
