Selling a home is incredibly stressful! Thankfully, Elly and the NextHome Unlimited team walked us through the process and made our experience as stress-free as possible. Their photographer took amazing photos and 360 virtual tour for the web listing. Our home was priced just right for the market. All of this preparation helped us to to receive a cash offer within a few weeks of listing our home. Although the closing process was quite stressful due to unforeseen circumstances we always felt like Elly had our best interest in mind and we were kept informed about every aspect of the process. We could not be more pleased!

We have been very pleased with Elly so far. Her communication has been excellent, she is very quick to respond with recommendations, listings and scheduling viewings. She is polite and always on time, which is key in this fast paced world. We haven't found our "NextHome" yet but we are enjoying the experience. Elly did a fantastic job helping us through the whole process. We were first time home buyers and decided to purchase a HUD home. Through the whole process she was easy to reach and kept us moving to our closing date. We closed on time and I know that a lot of the thanks goes to Elly. I can not recommend her enough!
