We were lucky enough to meet Elaine almost 2 years ago. An old friend from high school from up north said he was sick of the cold and wanted to move to Florida. His wife did not. 1st met Elaine Feb, 15 while going through open houses with the thought of moving down here from MI. We went through 5 houses and 5 different realtors that Sunday. We told all basically what we were looking for, bedrooms, baths, garage, pool, etc. Next day she called us with 5 houses to look at if we had the time. We spent time with her looking and did apply for a mortgage, but was told we had to sell our MI house before we could get a house down here. We returned to MI and put our house up, Elaine kept contact during the summer/fall - send new listing that fit our requirements as they came on the market.
