Francisco helped us sell our old home and purchase a new one. We had many challenges as the market softened during our selling process, but we did find a buyer in a short period of time. We had a difficult set of requirements for our new home, but Francisco never stopped searching for the special home to meet our needs. He knows our target area very well. He was very patient and considerate no matter how difficult the process in this very competitive real estate market was. Nicole (Nicki) was a consummate professional. This was our second time using her services. The first time started because she was just so personable. We interviewed a second agent, but knowing that we would be spending time, in somewhat intense situations, with whoever we chose, it was just clearly Nicki with whom we wanted to have that experience. We were sellers, and the property suffered a flood the day after it went on the market. We were so glad that we had Nicki to deal with and not anyone else. After that, we found out just how much she knew about the local market and the process generally as well as how responsive she is. Then, a few years later, when we were dealing with selling another property, we called her for information that really was not going to be business for her, and she was still responsive, helpful, and just absolutely professional. Several months went by and eventually we decided to sell that property. One call to Nicki and we were on the way. In addition to everything else, she made recommendations for how to stage the house, and what that should cost. Whatever she did worked perfectly, and I think the transaction ended up serving all involved. If we ever have other property transactions in California, we will be calling her.
