She was incredibly accommodating in regards to scheduling visits to homes I wanted to see. Eileen was a tough negotiator and didn't hesitate to talk me into making lower offers, meaning she wasn't just trying to make a quick sale, and since I was a first time buyer, she was very patient while I figured out what it was that I was looking for in a home. On multiple occasions, sellers were taking final offers 24-48 hours after houses were posted for sale and usually for inflated prices.
