1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?

Work with a trusted lender to help you get approved for a loan. Knowing what you can spend will set you in the right direction on what price range homes to be looking for.

2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?

Get your property in tip top shape! Consult a REALTOR for home pricing and work with a trusted full time agent. A home that is in good condition and priced well will sell.

3) What types of clients have you worked with?

Buyers, Sellers, investors, 2nd home, primary, vacation homes, lots, land, boat slips! Will work with any residential purchase in the Southern NC and Northern SC Coastal areas.

4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?

A couple started with an office visit and a few questions a few months back. We narrowed down a few areas and one home. Knowing they had to wait until the end of the year to purchase we did not put our hopes on one particular home they were enthusiastic about . We waited, and timing was moved up and they were able to get the home they were dreaming of. Closing went well. The sellers left a clean home and ready for them to move into! So happy for my clients!

5) How did you get started in Real Estate?

After years of considering getting into Real Estate I had the opportunity to take classes and attain my license. I worked with a mentor and after about a year I ventured off on my own. That was almost 12 years ago. I love helping people buy and sell!!

6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?

I have attained my Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) Designation which not only helps buyers but sellers too. I know what they are looking for in an agent and information needed to help make a decision. I also have my Resort and Second Home Property Specialist Certificate (RSPS). Being in a Resort area of North Myrtle Beach, it is important to stay on top of best practices in helping my clients. I enjoy taking classes and attempt to stay on top of new education offerings.
