In this era of gross exaggerations, please know Im an experienced private investor of many years. In buying and selling 8 homes and 3 commercial properties, I truly can attest that Eileen is beyond exceptional. As many do these days I find properties online which meet my criteria. Even though we live two states away and have never met in person Eileen never took a breath, immediately researched all properties, called agents and quickly made appointments to view the houses in question. I toured the homes through Face Time and Eileen was always, always totally honest. If there was a question about size, quality, location or potential expenses she would detail everything to me often resulting in a withdrawal of consideration. Of course, that meant a loss of commission to her but she truly put herself into my position, talked with me for hours if necessary and completely understood my goals. Ive worked with many realtors over the last 32 years and Ive never experienced the hardworking, responsive, intelligent, researched and concerned package that encompasses Eileen. Would I recommend her to you? Absolutely. She rises above all and I will ask her to help me in every single future transaction in the Pacific Northwest. Yes, there will be others and her phone will ring.

If we could give Eileen more than 5 stars we would, because she deserves all the stars out there! She went above and beyond in every way possible from the moment we met her. Friends had warned us how much of a pain and stress home buying was. Eileen made everything so much easier than we had mentally prepared for (clearly those friends didnt have as good an agent as we did :) Eileen was always communicative regardless if it was an evening or weekend. We put in an offer on the home we ended up buying on a holiday, and she was on top of it! She also never got annoyed by our questions and explained everything to us. We loved her style of giving us the tough love truth about the market to know what was realistic or not. The area being so low on inventory, but high on demand, meant we had to come up with an extra strong strategy. We were out of state buyers and met Eileen by chance, she responded to an inquiry on a Zillow property. We were outbid on 2 properties and were successful on the third. Eileen was focused, responsive, and knowledgeable on each unique house. Ive worked with a few other realtors and Eileen was our favorite, she is very professional. Eileen was able to respond quickly to our request to view a house out on Whidbey Island. She was able to arrange a time for us to view the house quickly and one that met our time needs. She was very responsive to email and texts and provided good perspective and knowledge on what was occurring in that market at that time. We went from an introduction to her on 3/10 to an accepted offer on 3/16 with a lot of help from her. She also was able to arrange a final walk through at a time of our convenience. Its a 2 hour plus drive one way out there for us so her ability to get things scheduled and communicate crisply and timely was very helpful.
