4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
"A neighbor sold their home with Ehren so when it came time to list my home, I decided to give him a try. He was very responsive and knowledgeable. I had also interviewed a few other agents but I was attracted to Ehren because he had a well defined marketing plan using new technology and a fresh approach. With his flat rate plan I would pay 70% less in commission for the listing agent. Ehren was very involved and helpful in the beginning. After the listing was in place he connected me with his capable transaction coordinator who handled it from there. Ehren was always available in the background, but the coordinator handled things well and she was accessible when I needed her. The process went well and I got the price I was hoping for and there were no hidden fees or problems." - johnm680
