Did a great job determining neighborhood market values and determining appropriate selling price for house sold, provided advice for staging, photographs showing house to best advantage and working to get house on market in under two weeks. Advised on requested repairs that actually needed to be done and we were able to sell the house the first day at listing price, which was at a $12K premium to other like houses in the neighborhood. Closed on house in under 30 days from listing. Also did a great job on house we purchased at well under original asking price, advised on repairs that needed to be made after inspection and provided references to other trades people for other work desired after close which was within two weeks of offer to buy.Great work on both selling and buying of houses!!!
