My wife and I moved from California to Colorado in Feb 2020. We started looking for our house shortly after moving and we got paired with Edwin through Zillow.Edwin was super responsive from the get go and we were able to visit our first house the next day from our initial call. We explained to Edwin our timeline, which was still 6-8 months down the road, and he used this entire time to educate us on the market (best areas, school districts, market value appreciation...). Edwin has been extremely patient with us and answered the multitude of questions we had (probably over 100 questions and details). He never made us feel we were bothering him and at the opposite always went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable. We finally ended up finding a house we really liked and started working on it. Edwin was here literally every step of the way from the initial visit of the house to the house inspection and then to the closing with the title company. We also managed to have our seller accommodate quite a few fixes before taking possession of the keys!
