About Edward Willan

Having the right partner during one of the largest purchases of one's life is of the highest importance. As the many reviews from my happy clients show " I am here for you. From beginning to end and everything in between. Over the past, I have been involved in all aspects of the home buying process from start to finish. My personal experience includes being a housing counselor and a Real Estate Investor, a Property Manager, and a Realtor. This experience has proven to be vital to anticipating my client's needs and helping guide them through the entire process. One of the common praises you'll hear from my clients is how available and knowledgeable I am to serve all your needs. When asked what MY favorite part of my career is, there is no hesitation "When clients become friends." I don't see developing a relationship with my clients as a aEUR~job', but rather as a large part of my life that I love, enjoy and, in fact, many of my friends start off as clients. I am an Illinois State University Alum. I really enjoy attending many Illinois State Athletic functions and giving back to my Alma Mater. Real Estate Investing has been real passion for me. I give my clients advice that I would (and actually have) followed with my own money! When not helping people with their real estate needs, I love spending time with my family and being involved in my children's athletic events. I am married, have two wonderful children (a daughter in junior high school and a son in elementary school), my dog " Buford the Basset Hound. Just an all-around good guy. Relocating to the area from out of state, Eddie was able to help give my fiancA(C) and I tips on which areas best fit the needs of our future family. He was more than willing to do a few virtual tours before we were able to make it into town. Eddie helped us find a beautiful home in a very desirable neighborhood and was great at coaching novice homebuyers like ourselves through the offer process. We are not local to the Bloomington IL. market so we were hoping to find someone who we could trust to help us find a condo near the ISU campus. Fortunately for us, Eddie was everything that we could have hoped for-- he really knows the Bloomington market and the condo market in particular. Eddie was very efficient with our time and went above and beyond as it relates to finding the right location, the right bank and the right inspectors. The purchase was closed within 45 days and we did so remotely. I highly recommend Eddie to anyone looking to buy or sell a property in the Bloomington-Normal area.
