You give Edward the paper work he requires. He takes you to see the home. You make an offer on the home. You dont meet an agreement. He then contacts you lender and keeps emailing and calling. After a definite no to the property he takes offense. You tell him you dont want to work with him any more, he then tells you it will be 7000.00 to cancel the contract. This is for showing 2 homes. Watch what you sign with him. Dont sign till you are sure you want to do business with him. His company says this common practice with the Leawood office. BEWARE.
