My name is Edward Corominas - a licensed Real Estate professional since 1989. I began my real estate career in the Bay Area but established myself have been in the greater Sacramento area, including the counties of Sacramento, Placer, Yolo and El Dorado, in 1992. For more than two decades, I specialized in the new homes construction industry working for large corporate real estate developers selling thousands of homes. However, since 2010, I have worked independently as a realtor and currently am based out of Lyon Real Estate's Sierra Oaks office " the number one office for the company. As a top producer, I rank 7th in over 100+ agents in my office. I also rank in the top 1% of all real estate agents in the greater Sacramento metro area; achieving master club status in the real estate business multiple times. I know the business inside and out. 1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Be patient, if you love a home, the chances are others will love it too, In a seller's market homes sell quickly and many times above asking price. When you make an offer, place your best foot forward. Have all of your ducks in a row from your finances and lender approval.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
When selling your home first impressions are everything. Make your home shine and look like a model home. Be realistic about pricing your home, a home priced correctly will get offers, a home over priced many times sits too long on the market and then will ending up either selling for less than market and if any offers come in they will be low. Living in your home is different than living in your home to sell your home, keeping your home show ready 100% of the time. The easier your home is to show the more showings you will get. Be patient, level headed and realistic.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
I have worked with all types of clients.. From move-up experienced buyers and sellers, luxury home buyers and sellers, investors along with active adult buyers (55plus communities) first time buyers, builders and buyers looking for land to build their dream homes.
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
I was working with a seller and was able to get top dollar for their home. Through my advise, professional photos, staging and knowledge with pricing and negotiating helped me get my clients top dollar.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
I started in Real Estate at the age of 22. Real Estate was my first job out of college and started to work for corporate developers in sales and marketing. My entire professional working career has been real estate, I am a true expert with my knowledge and experience.
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
I received many years of professional training and experience working for large public held companies. The knowledge, training and experience I learned over the years helps me to provide an excellent service to my clients.
