1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Have proper financing in place that best fit your need. Don't over extend yourself with loans that allow you for a dream home but put you in debt. Get a loan realistic to your means of living.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Get someone who specializes in online marketing. Maximum exposure means maximum results. Don't focus on local exposure but global exposure especially in a market that favors heavy on international market speculation.

Anyone motivated to achieve their goals of owning or selling fast.
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
A short sale relocation for a property way upside down. The owner thought they couldn't get funding to purchase because they short sold their home for less than what they owed the lender. We had viable solutions to help them and we got it done within a timely manner.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
Started as a real estate investor, managed mortgage branches but currently operate a private funding company, then started a real estate brokerage company. All 3 companies are all related one way or another and we cater to serve each client that best fit their need.
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
18 years experiencing owning Investment, brokerage, and finance companies. Online marketing specialist and certified negotiator training for several years
