The buying process encompasses issues with material facts, visible and invisible, deficiencies, and often financing terms. From selecting a home to closing on a home, the buyer can encounter many questions and decisions that can have livability and financial impact!

The condition of your home impacts your net proceeds realized in the sale! Know your home's condition before putting it on the market. Be proactive with a plan of action regarding deficiencies. Consult with your agent to determine the best approach in addressing deficiencies or marketing with these deficiencies. Home inspection surprises, after going under contract with a buyer, may be more costly to address or may kill the deal!

I have had the honor to work with a wide variety of clients including sellers who relocate to another area, or who desire to upsize or downsize . Likewise as a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) I have worked with sellers needing additional services in the process of moving. My clients often need my services in coordinating the sale and purchase of a home for a smooth transition. I have been honored and delighted to work with people relocating to our area as well as first time homebuyers!

I have just closed with Seller clients on the 5th home that I have helped them buy and sell as their personal residence! It started with a first time purchase of a townhome, fresh out of college. Then helping sell the townhome to move to a single family home. Then helping them upsize to a larger, older home and on to a new construction townhome to a new construction single family home in an urban living area! What a joy to see them making great investment and home decisions in the different seasons of their lives!

I took the real estate licensing class for knowledge in my own real estate transactions. I loved what I learned and decided to work as an agent for one year! My passion as a real estate professional has only grown through the years because I consider my primary goal is to provide excellent client service! In return my clients have made this a rewarding and fulfilling career!
