Previously as a renter he was always very patient in the search and was always successful in finding me a great place. Now I'm looking to buy a house and hes helping with this as well. I decided to change my requirements a bit during the search and as always he was very patient with me. I've worked with other realtors before who were very pushy and it was a big turn off.
