This is our second time using Edgar as an agent and we can't recommend him enough. He was our buying agent in 2013 and as first-time home buyers, he was excellent with thoroughly explaining everything and answering any question that we had. When it came time to explore selling our property in 2022, he was our first call. He promptly came over and did an initial walkthrough. He suggested things that we should address and changes that should be made to make the property more attractive. Knowing some things need to be repaired, we had tried to call 8 contractors before that walkthrough with Edgar without a single one returning our call. Edgar referred us to a contractor who was great and fixed everything in a timely manner and at an affordable rate. He also recommended an attorney that was great. Point of this, Edgar has the network to get your property ready for the market and his value is greater than your average agent. When it came time to list the property, he marketed and priced it perfectly. We were under contract quickly with more offers than we ever anticipated. Of course there were some hiccups along the way to closing but Edgar worked through them with minimal stress to us and we closed in under 30 days. All we can say is wow and highly recommend Edgar if you are looking for an agent.
