Lillia brings a young but seasoned perspective to the team as she has been immersed in the business since she was 2. Combining her background in the industry with her undergraduate degree in Communication Studies with a minor in Global Business and then her Master's of Mass Communication with a focus in Public Relations will equip her to provide excellent service and support! Our family recently had the good fortune to work with Eden Jordan and her team, and I cannot say enough good things about their commitment to make selling your home their top priority. The first fact is they know the Fleming Island market exceptionally well, helping us to price the home above what we expected going in, and have it sold in a month. The second tenet is their commitment to customer service. There wasn't one time I called her that she didn't happily answer my question. My parents are in their 70's and have difficulty communicating verbally, and Eden and Lillia took the time to make them feel at ease and answer all of their questions. I know that took a lot of time and patience, and I will always appreciate that extra touch. And third, they take care of everything! They put my parents in touch with local people to sell unwanted furniture, and recommended good movers to help once the house was sold. Whatever we needed, to include breezing through closing early, they took care of to make this an easy and seamless process. I would absolutely recommend Eden Jordan as your realtor!

1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?

My advice is to find an agent with experience and education, I also recommend talking to at least 2 agents to see if it is a personality fit for you. You have to work with this agent for several months and it is an emotional process.

2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?

Make sure you have a full time agent, selling a home is much different then buying. Staging is probably the most important thing right now right below pricing correctly. Buyers have so much information from the internet. It is not advisable to overprice when the comparables are not there. Buyers will reject the house based on fears of overpaying.

3) What types of clients have you worked with?

I am primarily a sellers agent. My passion is working with seniors and their families. I also work Waterfront and Gated communities. After 22 years, I have done almost everything.

4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?

I was able to finally find one of my dear friends a house after 8 years of her talking about it. We were able to sell her house in 48 hours and mover her into her dream home.

5) How did you get started in Real Estate?

I started in 1998 with my mother in law when I had my first baby. I had been in sales so I was supposed to just help her do mailings. 6 months later I was full time in selling. It has been my life for 22 years and I will never forget that I had a great mentor to teach me how do navigate through this crazy business.

6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?

CRS ( only 5% of agents hold this designation. GRI " College for Realtors SRES Senior Real Estate Specialist. This is a designation to help seniors and their families transition or downsize.
