Our family recently had the good fortune to work with Eden Jordan and her team, and I cannot say enough good things about their commitment to make selling your home their top priority. The first fact is they know the Fleming Island market exceptionally well, helping us to price the home above what we expected going in, and have it sold in a month. The second tenet is their commitment to customer service. There wasn't one time I called her that she didn't happily answer my question. My parents are in their 70's and have difficulty communicating verbally, and Eden and Lillia took the time to make them feel at ease and answer all of their questions.
