ZillowVERIFIED Ive visited Tucson for years to see family and we finally decided to buy a home there. It was hard because we live in CA and couldnt just stay there and keep looking at listings in person. Eddie and his team did a great job coordinating with our daughter once we found the right spot, on the right side of town, with a decent yard in the price range we needed. He even went the extra mile to get us new locks/keys when the old owner didnt leave any. He was very patient and kind with me considering I was technically buying the house aEURoesight unseenaEUR?. I finally made it out there last week and felt really good about the decision. It was a really good experience considering he was not referred to me by friends or family.

ZillowVERIFIED I highly recommend Eddie Watters! I tried for 7 months with another agency to sell my home very unsuccessfully. My family told me to look at Eddie and he went over everything with me and helped me to understand where the other agency was getting it wrong. If you are sitting stagnant with no viewings please give him a call. Or if you are considering selling start here first. Just trust him to give you an honest and realistic opinion and allow him to do what he does well. He sells his homes usually within the first couple weeks. Mine took 2 months but happened all during an uncertain election. Eddie will keep with you in the entire process and make sure you understand what is going on. He spends lots of money in advertising and more importantly understands the market and has a realistic approach to it all. He also has a great eye to help you figure out what needs to be done to make the home sell. I highly recommend him and think you should to if you want a very professional experience selling or buying a home here in Tucson. Thank you Eddie! Give him a call and stop wasting time and money doing things the hard way!

Had the listing sold in 24 hrs after it went on the MLS. I wish I could use his services everywhere I have my listings. He definitely went beyond and above his duties and more. In the early, exciting stages of buying a new home (or selling a home for that matter) people have a tendency to forget the importance of pre-qualifying their real estate agent. That's a huge mistake since you will be working and communicating, discussing, negotiating and strategizing with your agent for the better part of a month or more. Ask yourself, "Do I really want to work closely with this person for the duration of the contract?" "Is my agent not only going to be responsive early on but during the entire process?" "Is my agent cool under pressure?" "Can my agent deal with complex transactions?" "Will my agent act professionally and respectfully from beginning to end, even if the tensions rise?" ZillowVERIFIED There is nothing worse than a high offer that gets cut and cut with each subsequent encounter with the renovation team and then the " money guys". I then went with the Tucson leader who said what he would do and stuck to it. We left Eddie and closed in 8 days with no changes. Perhaps the worst was that Eddie did not return calls and had underlings take the heat.
