Patrick helped me sell my first home after I had gotten married and moved into my husband's house. It started out as an occupied home, with an acquaintance living there, and he was great about coordinating with her for showings. Then she moved out and it became a vacant home, and Patrick did a good job of balancing new pictures of the newly vacant spaces that looked larger with original pictures of spaces furnished to show the house well in online listings. When we finally did go under contract, the process was, unfortunately, anything but smooth, but Patrick made it as painless as he could. He communicated honestly and directly, even when he was passing along not-so-great news, and he stayed on top of everyone else who was slowing down our closing process until we finally got the deal done. He's dedicated to doing a great job but doesn't overpromise, and he follows through on everything he tells you he'll do.
