Ed and Kim were amazing. My wife and I live out of state and worked with Ed to do virtual and in person showings for about 6 months and probably 20-30 house showings. Both Kim and Ed were always helpful and responsive. Ed would work with our schedule, whether it be a weekend or after work. We closed on a house yesterday and it was a BREEZE. Once we went under contract, Kim was all over the paperwork to help us get the ball rolling and negotiate. When it came time to close, we barely had to do anything. 10/10 would recommend. Will be contacting them in the future when my wife and i look to start rental properties in the next 2-3 years.
