4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
I play racquetball Monday to Friday, and one of the players wanted to buy a 2nd home, I immediately engaged and listen of all his needs and found the perfect home in Rancho Bernardo, we close escrow in 3 weeks with no problems on their own eyes, because I took all the stress of the transaction , by negotiating with banks, agent, title companies, attorneys , escrow, etc. My Buyers are very happy.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
I worked in the car industry for 9 years, and I was looking for some kind of opportunity where I head more time for my family and I found Real Estate.
