Chris and Nikki have truly been outstanding in selling and then closing on my 4 bedroom house in Plainfield, Indiana. We got $10,000 above asking price and I thought the asking price was a little on the high side ! Chris was superb in recommending what renovations would get me the best return on investment and he also helped in choosing things like light fixtures.
