Our particular property had presented challenges being in a newly renovated historical neighborhood with no direct comparables. Had we not used Ed Hunnicutts team, and used any of the other 6 agents we interviewed, there would have been a factor of $70K left on the table right out the gate. Neither buyers or other agents could argue with the logical approach the Hunnicutts used. We could not have happier with our decision to use this team. Ed, Cathy and Matthew handled everything from listed to closing and effortlessly managed all moments between. Allowing us (the client) to redirect our focus to other important and pressing factors like; licensing board examinations, graduation and the logistics of having to undergo a cross country relocation 3 weeks prior to the closing date. We have sold two houses with Ed and bought one house. Ed and his team are a solid group. Our most recent house that Ed sold had a contract within twenty four hours.
