We know nothing about how to buy a house. He educated us on what we need to do. He set up a photographer to take OVERLY AMAZING PICTURES to post for Zillow. We then found a house we loved that was listed a price we thought was in our price range. Then he was REAL and said, guys, this house is $60k under listed. You wont be able to get it for your budget. It hurt to hear that, but we need someone to be honest and give us real time feedback. We found another house we loved and put in our best offer and included some closing costs in our offer. Dylan worked ALL NIGHT with the other realtor to help us secure our new house. He worked until midnight on several nights for us. We listed our house for sale and bought another house within 40 days. If this isnt enough for you, he made it easy for us when buying a house, he gave us a mortgage broker that found us an awesome interest rate, home owners insurance all without having to cold call or ask for quotes from a bunch of other people. He set this us for us. One stop shop. His resources and network (Taylor Kielty) that are available in his arsenal helped make this really easy process. Once again, I know nothing about real estate and Dylan and Taylor spoke to my wife and I in laymans terms and gave it to us straight. That is what I love about them, their passion, hardworking, but most importantly, they are honest and truthful about the costs involved in the process. I would trust them with my daughter thats how close to Dylan after this process. He truly helped change my familys living situation for the better and helped us sell our help make extra money because of the amazing photographer and marketing that they do to sell your house (without any money due up front out of your pockets).
