Very good at keeping me informed from showings- the open house and reach out to other realtors was great- - checking in with me on a regular basis was good for me! The contacts she had for movers was a huge help and allowed for a quick closing.

The experience I had from the Brock Team / Southside Realtors was fantastic. Brian Brock met with me in the beginning and suggested a few items that should be repaired for getting the maximum price for my home. I took his advice and by doing those repairs along with the current market we sold the house for more than we initially thought it was worth. Brian and Stacy were both a real pleasure to work with. Because of my particular situation Brian had to do twice the work that he should have and he did it without any complaints and was professional and very easy to do business with. Brian put my concerns and my timeline to the forefront of the process all the way to the end when we closed on the deal. I can't remember the last time a process this big, like selling your house, has been this easy.
