I became an empty nester and decided to take a leap of faith and move out of state. A friend found a condo for me and Dustin was my realtor. He took a video of the place for me, told me about the area, treated me like he would his mother. I could and do completely trust him. He didnt look for his best interest but mine.I was anxious through the whole process and he was kind, compassionate, understanding and patient. This isn't the typical happy recommendation, which is what makes it a worth while read. Yes, we had a great experience with Dustin as far as selling our home in days at asking price and buying another home, BUT what matters more and has spoken volumes of the man he is and the reason to have him on your team is what happened after we purchased our new home. It has been an utter nightmare from the day we moved in until now, (yes we did an inspection, walk thrust etc. if you have a burning desire to know who or what happened then ask me) we bought a brand new home that was beyond poorly built. The builders have been lazy, unprofessional, terrible workmanship upon terrible workmanship in an attempt to fix things promised and covered by warranty etc... Typically, you'd be sunk and stuck to deal with the problems on ypur own because, well you bought it, BUT Dustin has been there every step of the disaster and has stood by us. He has been incredibly helpful in dealing with the builder and getting things moving along, while also presenting options for how to handle the situation outside of just the builders. He didn't just sell our home and find a new one for us, he has treated our family like his own and has fought with and for us every step of the way when he could've stopped answering messages and calls because he had "done his job."
