Dustin worked hard for us during our search for the perfect house on the perfect property with an amazing view. We had some specific needs in the home that were difficult to find. We found a winner and are very happy with our new home. He listened and understood our goals, kept the negotiations going smoothly to spite a difficult seller. Once we had a deal, his team took over and got us across the finish line. Being new to the Eugene/Springfield area, we needed someone to show us the best areas of town and advise us on what to consider in our decision. It felt like he knew everyone in town and they all enjoyed working with him as well. He stayed neutral to allow us to decide based on the education he provided. I know we picked his favorite property. During the inspection period, he recommended contractors and service providers to make the transition easy. The ongoing connection and support after the close was an added bonus. a five rating is not high enough, I would give him a 10! I have purchased far to many homes in my lifetime... This experience was the best! weather you are buying or selling.... he is your guy!
