I would rate the whole experience as 4.5 / 5. The reason for my rating is the process of finding the right home for me. All the houses that I saw with Dustin were houses that I found myself. The houses that Dustin shared and recommended were not on par of what I was looking for. However, once I found the house that I really like, the process from offer to closure was excellent. Dustin and team were incredibly responsive and made sure that I closed on my dream house in the most smoothest way. Again, the only complaint is that I was expecting to see unique houses from Dustin which I could not easily find myself on Zillow.

Dustin and Cameo were great from the very beginning, even in this crazy market. They were able to help me find a home that met my most important criteria while still keeping to my budget. They were also respectful and understanding of my aversion to appraisal gap coverage even though other realtor's I talked with said it was a necessity to win anything in this market. In the end, we were able to close on a house without having to carry any appraisal gap coverage!
