As a first time home buyer, I knew nothing about townhouses, conventional-FHA-VA loans, HOAs, price per square foot, days on market...or anything else real estate. I actually knew Dustin from Crossfit, but didn't know he was a realtor until I mentioned I was looking for a place when my lease was up and he offered to help.
