I called him and he was very apologetic, said that he forgot, and asked if we could reschedule to the afternoon. Not cool but I agreed. Then later at 4pm, the time that he suggested, I showed up and again he was not there. I called twice with no response. Absolute waste of time. There are thousands of RE agents. Use anyone else.
