Drew Staudt, Managing Broker/Instructor Drew is a licensed managing broker and real estate instructor who practices commercial, land, investment, & residential real estate. Since he became licensed in 2008, Drew has handled hundreds of property transactions. Drew is very passionate about what he does. The wealth of knowledge he has about his work is so beneficial. The stories and the experiences he has shared with us contributed to our knowledge and helped us identify the right house for us. He is very honest and does his best effort to assist a client. He is patient and does not rush just to make a sale. He does take the time with each client to ensure that this is something that the client will love in the long run. We can feel that he truly values the relationship over sale (money). In this round, I think we have visited almost 9-10 open houses to choose the right fit. You can never feel from Drew that he is getting frustrated as we have done a ton of open house walk-throughs. He gave us the time to review each house and provided the information that is greatly needed. He also does go above and beyond for a client to ensure everything is going well. He has good follow through with all his tasks and he also has a great turnaround time in looping back with the client. Furthermore, he is also a great collaborator. He keeps himself informed and coordinates the transaction with the client and the lending company to make it efficient.
