Chris met us while showing the house that we ended up buying. We appreciated his practical approach and went through several comparison visits to other places and several return visits to the original. He was responsive and represented us through drawn out negotiations: counter-counter-offer, a tough repair addendum when a roof at the end of its life and other failing parts had us ready to walk, and last-minute credit when an issue was found before closing. Combined with a digital workflow and regular communication with the other parties, the Opt team pulled off a deal that was repeatedly on thin ice. We are glad that they did, as the big issues were taken care of and the remainder are looking manageable.

My wife and I listed our home with Megan Hannah in the Spring of 2024. We have numerous issues with her along the way and it was a very horrible experience for selling our first home. Through the offer process she gave us the bare minimum of communication and details and we accepted the first offer to come in with her not telling us another offer would possibly be on the way (which one was). She made several mistakes on paperwork, one which cost us $500. She assured that she would pay that out of her commission and we never received that to this day. Through the entire experience she came to our house only twice, and communicated 99% via text message which we found oddly unprofessional. There was a hiccup in our appraisal being $9000 below the offer value, and she was pushing hard for us to just eat that amount to assure the sale. Verbatim telling us that we might not be able to buy the house we had our eyes on if we didnt accept this and just eat the $9000. This made it very clear she was just trying to do the bare minimum and move these sales along and through without any recognition for us and getting us the most out of our home. It was an incredibly horrible experience, and I very strongly urge anyone to find different representation while dealing with such a life changing event. We were also promised a gift after the sale which we have also never received.
