Drake reached out to us when we first started looking for houses, and we are so glad he did! We were consistently impressed by how fast he set up showings and how he would drop everything to meet us with as little as 5 minutes notice. Drake knew our schedules so well that when I texted a screenshot of a listing he responded with a schedule time that day before I even had a chance to ask! Drake was always on top of it and reliable, but he was also very knowledgeable and honest. When he saw potential issue in a property he always pointed them out and gave his warranted and straightforward opinion. which we really appreciated, especially buying in a market where we were skipping inspections! When talking about submitting offers he gave tips and advice, but never pressured us to submit offers! He takes his job seriously and was always on our side. He communicated like a friend we have known for years. I will definitely be recommending him to all of our family and friends as they buy their first homes! We are so fortunate that Drake was recommended to us. We took a very long time (over two years) to find our second home in Holmen. Drake stayed with us throughout this long search and did a fantastic job keeping us advised. He was patient and yet very much respected our wishes. He was always on the lookout for just the right place for us. As we got closer to the purchase, Drake kept things moving along so that the sale went without any complications. We cannot say enough good things about Drake. He clearly went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. In the final analysis we purchased a home sight-unseen and while this made us ill at ease, it was Drake and family members who made this possible. Because we have such great faith in Drake's judgement and he walked us through entire home with a video feed to our cell phones, we felt as if we had seen the home in person.
