He knows the Oceanside market inside out, and he has a plan from day one. He shared his 3 week plan with us and it went flawlessly. He provided a staging consultant who helped us get the house ready. We sold the Arrowood house the first weekend it was on the market and had several offers above asking price! Every step of the process was easy and he did everything he promised to do. He was patient and met with us several times to make sure we were onboard with the plan. He also answered all adhoc questions quickly and thoroughly. The team around him is also excellent.
