Kevin was, in a word, amazing. I used him for both buying and selling my house a few years later. He helped negotiate my VA home loan during the height of the seller's market in 2021, had points of contacts for mortgage companies and was always available for texts/calls whenever something came up. When selling my home in 2024 using a VA assumption, he was able to get everything scheduled, coordinated, and on time, which led to an offer being placed on the house within 36 hours of listing for a profit. I can't recommend him enough, he's professional and knowledgeable and if I only wish I could have kept him moving across the country! 5 stars across the board.

We can't say enough about Kevin. He is incredibly knowledgeable, capable, kind, and responsive. He went above and beyond to take care of little things that weren't even his responsibility, and made us feel at ease with the whole process of finding a new home, negotiating with the sellers, and crossing the finish line. Taylor, was very professional, and sweet. We first met her, while we considering a m I've from out of state to the kitsap county area. We traveled down here to visit family. We called her up, let her know what we were looking to spend, and what we were looking for in a home. She showed us several homes, which we liked all of them pretty much. She was very humble and knowledgeable of the area. We went back home to Montana. A few months later we reached out to her. She sent us a list of housing that matched our criteria. We found one we liked. She jumped right on it. She responded the whole time quickly by text or phone call. She negotiated a good price for us, and was able to get all of our requests done to the home we requested. The transaction , and software she uses was very easy and quick to use. Her staff and crew she works with our all very nice. I would highly recommend her. And I would definitely use her again in the future.
