Kevin was, in a word, amazing. I used him for both buying and selling my house a few years later. He helped negotiate my VA home loan during the height of the seller's market in 2021, had points of contacts for mortgage companies and was always available for texts/calls whenever something came up. When selling my home in 2024 using a VA assumption, he was able to get everything scheduled, coordinated, and on time, which led to an offer being placed on the house within 36 hours of listing for a profit.
