it went very smooth Doug, Melissa and there staff made selling easy. Any questions that came up were handled the same day. I was helping my parents sell this property and was treated with a great deal of respect. We worked with Doug specifically and he was so specialized in his field that it blew me away! We are a military family so we have moved a lot and he was probably the best, most knowledgeable, family friendly real estate agent Ive ever met! We had to jump through many hoops (not because of counselor realty or Doug) and he made it as worry free as possible. We ended up needing to put in a septic (which if he didnt pull the records we wouldve found out we would have to anyway because it wasnt compliant for the house size. He also went through the whole house at the final walk through and verified all appliances were working on every level, the water got hot and cold, all garage doors worked properly and there were no unexpected issues. He was the best person I have ever worked with. He went above and beyond and never let us down. I will recommend him to anyone and everyone looking for a home.
