I had a fabulous experience with Sadie as my realtor! I was browsing house inventory but unsure if I was ready to buy until I toured the house I fell in love with and ultimately purchased. I saw my house on a Sunday, contacted Sadie on the recommendation of a friend later that evening, got approved for a loan over Monday and Tuesday, and put in an offer by Wednesday morning. Sadie was reassuring and supportive throughout the process while still making sure that we moved fast. Bought a single family home in Santa Clara, CA.Terese was a delight to work with. As first time buyers she was a guide and mentor in the process. She took her time to educate us. As she got to know us and what we liked, she was able to pick houses that would click with us. We toured as many as 10-15 houses over a period of 8 months or so. Terese did a fantastic job of writing up the offer on a house we really liked and worked with us step by step through the closing.
