ZillowVERIFIEDJill is very unreliable. We were working with Jill and wanted to see a property. She basically just set up an appointment for us and had no intention of going with us. I told her I was looking for an agent to be engaged with the entire sales process and she needed to attend the showing to be able to help us with the offer. Her solution was to send an unqualified admin from her office. The next day we put an offer on the house, and we met her for a showing at a second property. We told her we were interested in both properties and that my wife and I would talk it over and call her.She failed to mention to us that immediately after the second showing she was heading to the airport and would not be available for the rest of the day. Our calls to her went to voice-mail and she didn't call back for several hours. With the market being as hot as it was we decided we couldn't work with someone who was this unreliable. We withdrew our offer and found a new agent.
